Overview

PFC Therapy offers calm, supportive, solution-focused hypnotherapy and Reiki to help clients move forward with clarity, confidence and emotional resilience. Sessions are tailored to each individual, working gently but effectively with the subconscious to support positive change.

Clients commonly seek support for anxiety, stress, confidence, sleep issues, habits, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and personal growth. The approach is practical, compassionate and empowering — focused on building tools and inner resources rather than revisiting the past.

Alongside hypnotherapy, Reiki offers deep relaxation and nervous system regulation, supporting overall wellbeing and recovery from stress or burnout. As a qualified End-of-Life Doula, the practice also supports clients navigating change, uncertainty and meaningful life transitions with sensitivity and presence.

Sessions are available in person and online, providing a safe, confidential space to reconnect with balance, calm and forward momentum.
