Overview

My name is Jeffrey Glick and I'm a practicing cognitive hypnotherapist based in Worthing, West Sussex. Although I tend to work from a private first floor office near central Worthing, I'm more than happy to meet clients in the comfort of their own homes or conduct sessions remotely over the phone.

My role, as your cognitive hypnotherapist, is to work in partnership with you, helping you to successfully bring about the positive life changes you want as your new reality. The changes you are seeking can be anything from being less stressed to experiencing a more fulfilling sex-life; from breaking free of unwanted thoughts or habits, to releasing the pain of a significant loss; from enhancing your physical health, to discovering your confidence and hidden talents. Regardless of the changes you are after, my job is always the same.

You can feel confident that our work together has the ability to positively transform your reality, but to do so, requires trust and a sense of comfort between us. So, when we first chat about what it is you wish to change, your personal goals, those things that have worked in the past as well as those things that have be less helpful, remember to notice the ease of our conversation. If our conversation flows naturally, if you feel as though we are standing on similar ground, it's a good indication we will build a strong partnership based on mutual trust, respect and understanding – the ideal for successful cognitive hypnotherapy partnerships.
