Overview

Hello my name is Nazihah and I am a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Life Coach and counsellor. I have also been trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, DBT and NLP.

I have always had a passion for understanding my own mind and helping others understand theirs. After completing my undergrad in Psychology I embarked on a journey to help others work through their issues. I have studied a very wide range of therapy styles and have learnt lots of techniques and have since helped many clients overcome things that they never thought they could.

Therapy has the power to transform lives - for everyone. There is no need to live a life with unwanted emotions, set yourself free from emotions and patterns of behaviour that you know are holding you back.

I teach more than just coping mechanisms and present you with the opportunity to get to the root cause of issues to eliminate them completely and for good - if that is what you want.

Every single one of us carries baggage that holds us back in some way.

I understand that coming to therapy can be daunting, especially if it is your first time. I offer a safe, non judgemental space where you can truly be yourself.

I offer therapy in person and also via video calls (Zoom and Skype). I am currently practising at Clinica Private Healthcare in Ealing.

As well as working with individual adults, I have worked with young people, families and couples.
