I treat clients suffering from a range of issues including anxiety & stress, panic attacks, depression & low moods, lack of confidence & self-esteem, phobias, insomnia and OCD as well as eating problems, weight loss and wanting to quit smoking.

In addition, I help clients with addictions and dependencies including alcohol abuse, drug abuse, gambling addiction and food addiction by working to change addictive behaviours and lessen the withdrawal symptoms. I also work with relatives of addicts to help to lessen their own anxiety & stresses.
