My name is Tanif and I am a fully insured and qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, Mind Reboot Facilitator and Health Coach. I work with clients experiencing anxious and depressive states, trauma and many other issues. I take clients through the Mind Reboot process resolving any trauma, protective mechanisms, triggers and limiting beliefs they may have. This is a gentle but extremely effective process using Hypnotherapy, NLP and Solution Focused models of therapy. I see clients over 7-10 sessions generally.
