Overview

Hi, I'm Lindsay and I'm a hypnotherapist working both online and face-to-face. My clients come to me with a range of concerns and have said they appreciate my down-to-earth, friendly and professional nature.

I am also qualified in energy healing, emotional freedom technique (EFT), Eye Movement De-sensitisation and Reprogamming (EMDR), neuro-linguistic prgramming techniques (NLP) neuroplasticity and mindfulness.

I work with each client as the unique individual they are so every session is completely tailored to take into account everything that may be impacting on you.

Seeing a therapist of any sort can be daunting at the start for some people and it's my job to make you feel completely at ease. Before booking any sessions I arrange a complimentary phone call (or Zoom call if you prefer) to have a chat about your concerns and see if we would be a good fit for working together.
