Overview

With a background in the NHS, working for a local PCN I have received training by 'Live well with pain and lead on our Chronic pain management support programme, understanding the impact of having to deal with pain in your every day life, as I myself control my own Chronic pain through the same methods. I am able to support you towards allowing you to be in control of the pain you experience, instead of it being in control of you.

I also have plenty of experience in the areas of Stress reduction, relaxation and sleep promotion. With a blend of Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness and Audio recordings to use at home. I am able to get you back to your stress reduced, rested and relaxed pace of life.
