My name is Kay Hendy and I am a qualified Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist and can offer face to face sessions in Romsey, Hampshire, on the edge of the New Forest, but generally offer sessions safely and securely online using Zoom. I am DBS checked and have public liability insurance.

I have more than 25 years’ experience working for the local authority in education, teaching and training with a special focus on working with young children with special educational needs and their families. I have also developed a personal interest in mental health over the years as a result of my own challenges and those of friends and family. Having a now grown up son with autism has taught me a huge amount about patience, resilience and the strengths we can discover within ourselves. Since I came across Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, I have seen for myself how powerful and effective it can be in changing people’s lives for the better.
