Overview

I am a Registered Qualified solution focused hypnotherapist, I help people to make significant, positive changes in their lives in a short period of time. I help my clients focus on what they want to achieve rather than on their problems. Sometimes clients feel a certain way, but they don’t know the reason why, or they don’t want to talk about why they feel the way they do.
I work with clients with anxiety, depression, weight loss, sleep problems, stop smoking, addictions, confidence issues, imposter syndrome, OCD, Gut Directed Hypnotherapy, emetophobia, intrusive thoughts, panic attacks, alcohol habits, drug use, gambling addiction, imposter syndrome, erectile dysfunction, vaginismus and other sexual issues.
I offer a free initial consultation appointment which can be in person at my Hypnotherapy clinic based on New Road in Bromsgrove Town Centre, Worcestershire. I also offer online consultations and hypnotherapy sessions.
Your first appointment is the free consultation, where you can explain to me what's happening in your life at the moment and what you would like to change. I explain how I work and how hypnotherapy works in order to help you achieve your goals. It is also an opportunity for you to meet me and ensure that you're confident and comfortable working with me as your hypnotherapist, before committing to any sessions.
