Overview

I don't actually specialise. But I do see a lot of clients struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or having to cope with a trauma of one sort or another.

Negative patterns of behaviour happen for understandable reasons and having acknowledged that, we would work on letting go of those while exploring and creating new, positive ones that are more to your liking.

I charge a small amount for the initial consultation. But that's because I feel it's a beneficial session in itself; with my clients getting a greater understanding of why the brain does what it does, how hypnotherapy actually works and ultimately, how change is possible.

After that, if my clients feel we'd work well together, we find a time in the diary for our first hypnotherapy session.

I work via Zoom or face-to-face in Central and North London.
