Overview
Hi, I’m Larissa, and I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. I help clients to overcome anxiety and depressive disorders, and the range of emotional and physical symptoms that come with these. I can also help with weight management, sleep issues, chronic pain management, confidence, sports performance, obsessional behaviours, phobias and smoking cessation. I work from Brighton, but after the success of working online over the last year, with clients in the comfort of their own homes, I now offer all appointments via Zoom.
