I am Spencer and I am an ex- serviceman who studied and qualified in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy after having hypnotherapy for service related difficulties. So I understand and appreciate the positive changes hypnotherapy can make to your life. I can empathise with how it feels when life seems to have gone into a dead end and not in your control. So, I can help clients with many difficulties they may be experiencing. The difficulties that hypnotherapy can help with are far beyond the assumption that we have. Your mind is not just integral to mental and emotional well-being, it can also change many aspects of your physical wellness. I help clients from teenagers to the elderly with Anxiety, Low Moods, Fears & Phobias, Confidence, Self Esteem. Exams and Test fears , Performance, Weight Management. Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Smoking Cessation, PTSD and Adjustment Syndrome for ex-service personnel. You don't have to have a difficulty to have hypnotherapy, you can have it even if you just want to bring balance to your life.
