Overview

Room To Relax is a holistic treatment room based at my Deepcar home from 2014. This allows me to provide my services on a very personal level. I qualified in this field in 1987 working and owning a business in partnership for 15 years.

At Room to Relax you can take time out to let go, relax and achieve deep inner calm to bring true balance back to your life through my holistic therapies such as Solution focused Hypnotherapy, Modern Psychotherapy. I also specialise in a selection of holistic body massages, facials, reiki and crystal healing which all incorporate stress release and energy balancing techniques. These can be enjoyed as a course of treatments, as a one off pick me up or even enjoyed between Hypnotherapy sessions.
Hypnotherapy is beneficial for those times in life when you are feeling the effects of stress, tension, fatigue, low mood, anxiety or after life changing events or illness. I work with children and adults of all ages Privacy, comfort and confidentiality is always ensured as part of my professional memberships with ‘Natural health care council (CNHC)’, ‘National board for modern psychotherapy (NBMP)’ and ‘Association for solution focused hypnotherapy (AFSFH)’.
