Overview

I am a professional, qualified Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. I work online & in person to help my clients overcome a wide range of challenges from anxiety, low self-esteem, insomnia & phobias to sports performance, life-long habits & so much more. Together we focus on finding solutions rather than dwelling on past problems.

I work with a wide range of people, from children to adults of all ages, with many different issues. During your Initial Consultation, I will explain the ‘science’ behind how the brain works in an easily digestible way so you will be able to understand how and why this process works so effectively. Future sessions will include some psychotherapy, where I will be encouraging you to think positively and set some goals to help you move forward with your life. This is then followed by some relaxing hypnosis; we'll access the subconscious mind & consolidate everything we've discussed, making lasting, beneficial changes.
