Overview

Hi I'm Michelle and I run a Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Hypnotherapy Clinic in Northwich Cheshire, and on Deansgate, Manchester. I also see clients on Zoom.

I'm passionate about helping clients from all walks of life with Anxiety Low Mood, Substance Abuse issues, Phobias, Weight Management, Smoking Cessation, Bereavement Support, Menopause. Following a 20+ yesr teaching career, I'm also skilled at helping children and young people .

I also see Couples for therapy.

In my spare time I present a Wellbeing Show for Radio Northwich (radionorthwich.co.uk) and you can listen live on Monday's 1-3 or on the replay at any time!
