Hi I’m Christine - an online clinical hypnotherapist. I work with clients to overcome stress, anxiety and other situations that may be holding them back from living their best lives. It might be that you have been affected by issues recently or for years and now feel the time is right to make changes. I use solution focused hypnotherapy (SFH) which focuses on the future and positive solutions using modern techniques that research has shown to be extremely effective. It is a gentle combination of psychotherapy (talking therapy) and relaxing hypnosis. Hypnosis enables you to achieve a pleasant daydream like state that provides access to the subconscious mind where positive focused suggestion helps you to make the changes you are seeking.
