I trained with the Clifton Practice (CPHT), a centre for excellence for solution-focused hypnotherapy training in the UK. This approach is positive, collaborative and forward-looking and builds on your resources for self-understanding and solution-finding.

My academic background is in psychology, cognitive science and educational research. I have worked in higher education for 25 years as a senior lecturer in the Psychology of Education. This means I bring a research informed perspective to my practice.
