I am passionate about helping you to enhance your physical and mental well-being. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is very simple, but very profound. It is a safe, powerful technique creating a deeply relaxed state of the body, mind and emotions. It is the bringing together of the conscious and subconscious minds. In trance, we can bypass the conscious mind which is often fearful and can hinder progress during counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy, or other types of psychotherapy. We will reduce worry through relaxation and visualisation enabling you to find solutions whilst focusing on positives rather than problem(s).

I offer online which works successfully, plus face-to-face therapy. I work with adults and children & young people. My therapy helps with many aspects of health and well-being; it can reduce stress and help with low mood and conditions that lead to depression and anxiety. It can help reduce addictive behaviours, reduce pain, enhance self-esteem and confidence, plus help with motivation and goal achievement. You make positive changes to your life by focusing your strengths, the present moment, and the future.
