I specialise in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Reiki.
Hypnotherapy can help with many issues including Stress, Anxiety and Insomnia, Weight control, Phobias, Smoking Cessation, IBS and Motivation.

I am registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy, the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council. I also hold an enhanced DBS check which covers me to work with children and vulnerable adults.
