Overview

I am a qualified and experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist, helping you to make positive changes to your life. I specialise in smoking cessation (I am an ex-smoker so I understand the challenge of giving up) and Weight Loss. As someone who has previously lost almost 50lbs in weight, in a healthy way, I feel I am well placed to coach you on your own weight loss journey.

I also see people to reduce their anxiety and offer a specific programme for this. Other areas that I help with include; eliminating phobias, improved sports performance, getting rid of bad habits, test & interview nerves, sales confidence and much more. I also see accompanied children over the age of 12 for various issues.

I am also a Certified Regression Specialist, using Hypnotic techniques to uncover the root cause of a problem and then clearing it. I can also help people experience a Past Life Regression, which can be an almost life-changing experience.
