Overview

I am a qualified and experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist, helping you to make positive changes to your life. I specialise in smoking cessation (I am an ex-smoker so I understand the challenge of giving up) and Weight Loss. As someone who has previously healthily lost almost 50lbs in weight and kept it off, I feel I am well placed to coach you on your own weight loss journey.

I also see people to reduce their anxiety and offer a specific programme for this. Other areas that I help with include; eliminating phobias, improved sports performance, getting rid of bad habits, test & interview nerves, sales confidence and much more. I also see accompanied children over the age of 12.
