Hello, and welcome to Hypnotherapy for Healing. I'm Karen Burrett, and I'm passionate about Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Solution Focused means that I help you to solve the issues in your life that are causing you difficulty and are spoiling your life. Hypnotherapy means that we work in a very relaxed, trance-like state.
I'm currently working with people experiencing issues with sleep, anxiety, stress and depression, but I can also help if you are living with issues with anger, general well-being, IBS, non-specific fears and phobias, OCD, PTSD, panic attacks, specific fears and phobias, trauma and smoking cessation, and can help with sports performance and weight management.
