Overview

My name is Amelia and I am a clinical hypnotherapist. I have a background working in social services and work with people who feel frustrated by life and the lack of support they receive from traditional services. I specialise in working with people struggling to process trauma with symptoms including teeth grinding, IBS and unhelpful patterns of behaviour.

I help clients to take charge of their own wellbeing and gain the life long tools they need to thrive so that they can cope and succeed when life hands them stress.

I use a solutions focused approach teaching clients about neuroscience and how their brain works so that they can understand and regulate their own emotions.
