I'm Jessica, a Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist based in the Yorkshire town of Pudsey, Leeds.

Mental wellbeing is at the forefront of everything I do. I believe that we all have great lives to live but many of us are just surviving day to day, trying to get by instead of really living our best lives. Surviving, not thriving.

I provide a safe, positive space, free from judgement to work through what you need and overcome the difficulties in your life. I'm located in a beautiful, old converted church that holds a serenity and calmness to address your needs.

My approach to hypnotherapy is inspired by the natural process of growth and transformation that we see in a garden. We believe that within each of us is a seed waiting to be planted - a desire for change or a dream that's been buried deep. By tapping into the power of the subconscious mind, we can help awaken these seeds and nurture their growth.
