Overview

My name is Caroline and I am a Solution Focused hypnotherapist who has previously worked for many years as a specialist nurse. I work from my beautiful therapy room in Baildon, Bradford . I also offer online sessions for people who prefer having therapy in the convenience of their own home .
I am fully insured and hold an enhanced DBS certificate meaning i can safely work with individuals from the age of 5 years and upwards.

As a nurse with many years of experience of working with children and young people, I am committed to working with this age group to support improved mental and emotional health and wellbeing. I am a qualified Hypnotherapy 4 Children Practitioner meaning I can work with children from age 5 years and upwards.

I have a particular interest in working with and developing the use of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy for neuro diversity. I have experience of working therapeutically to affect positive outcomes in partnership with young people and adults with autism spectrum conditions (ASC) and ADHD.
As the parent of a young adult with autism I understand all too well the difficulties of accessing Practitioners with expertise in this area.

My services include working with people who are experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress and those wanting to lose weight, gain more confidence and make changes in their lives. I can also help with phobias and stopping smoking/vaping. My aim is to help clients restore balance to their lives and help them live the life they deserve. I open and calm personality means i can quickly build rapport and positive relationships with people of all ages to work together to bring about rapid positive change. I have experienced the life changing benefits of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy as part of my personal life journey.
