Overview

Welcome to The BeeWell Practice. My name is Lyndsey Lock and I am a fully qualified Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist. I support adults, teenagers and children who want to overcome unwanted ways of thinking, feeling and behaving. I am passionate about helping people work through their struggles in life and I support clients to move forward and bring about significant, positive change.

Through a combined use of psychotherapy, neuroscience and hypnosis, I can support you with your mental health and help you reach your goals and aims quickly and efficiently.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can help with a multitude of areas such as anxiety, stress and depression, whatever your issue is, I am committed and passionate about helping you resolve it. I have particular experience working with children after 12 years of teaching and working with additional needs.

I hold sessions at my private home practice in Ibstock, Leicestershire or online.
