Overview

Specialising in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Beyond Quantum Healing, I offer a variety of services to help my clients overcome issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, insomnia, phobias as well as low confidence, motivation and self-esteem.

I am passionate, caring and supportive to all my clients, as I love the work that I do. My aim in my sessions to ensure my clients feel heard, understood and empowered. I create a safe space for my clients to explore past events and traumas, learn from them and then let them go. “I feel emotionally lighter” is something I often hear from clients after their first session.

I believe learning coping strategies and how to understand yourself more are essential components to therapy. I like to use NLP and CBT techniques to give my client the tools so they can handle future situations more efficiently.
