Overview

I am a Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and I specialise in working with children and families to bring about real and positive change.

I work with young people, from ages 5 right up to 20, to help them to deal with stress, anxiety, OCD or depression, am experienced working with Neurodiversity and I also have a particular interest in the areas of trauma, grief, social anxiety and school anxiety.

My approach to working with children is caring and thoughtful as well as playful and creative, because it is my belief that children learn best when they are happy and relaxed. Building meaningful positive rapport with your child is paramount to seeing positive change and forms the basis of my child centred approach. As well as explaining the brain in child friendly terms, I will be sharing in your child’s strengths and positives each week.

I am fully insured, hold an enhanced DBS check and am registered with:

Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH)
National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH)
National Board for Modern Psychotherapy (NBMP),
Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

I work with Adults as well as Children, and am happy to help you or your young person.
