Overview

I am a specialist provider of Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy. I use practical, up-to-date and well-researched techniques to help my clients make lasting, long-term positive changes to their lives in a short period of time. I help my clients to focus on the outcome they want - whether it is to be free of anxiety, to lose a fear or phobia or to have relief from conditions such as IBS or Fibromyalgia - rather than the issues and problems that brought them to see me. I focus on the present and the future, without any need to visit the past or to relive times of trauma.
I trained at the Clifton Practice in Bristol, and the Clinical Hypnotherapy School and have a Diploma in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD) I am an accredited member of the AfSFH and a registered practitioner with the National Council of Hypnotherapy (MNCH reg)

The solution-focused approach is underpinned by up-to-date research in the fields of psychology, neuroscience and brain-based therapies.
