Overview

Hi, I am Tatiana, and I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist. I work with a lot of young adults and older people. My journey started when I overcame my phobia and fell pregnant after doing some hypnotherapy sessions; it was liberating. So I became one! My passion as a therapist is to free people from the traps in their minds, allowing them to live a life they perceive to be their best.
I offer both online and face-to-face sessions to my clients. I have my own practice in Nottingham, a very warm and welcoming space where you can feel safe, supported and comfortable. I am passionate about neuroscience and have a vast understanding of psychotherapy. In my practice, I use psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to allow my clients to achieve their best results.
