Overview

I am Susan, founder of Suzzan | Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist working in person and, online via video.  As a Registered Nurse, I am passionate about mental health and empowering people with the tools they need to overcome anxiety, depression and stress-related conditions. We will work together towards practical solutions that will help you gain control and make lasting positive changes.  Each weekly session is 60 minutes and consists of psychotherapy and well-researched techniques including trance.
