I am a qualified clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist.

I help people take control of their lives and to manage the stress and overwhelm of everyday anxieties.

I help clients to understand why they are feeling and behaving as they do and what I can do to help them, forming achievable goals to create change.

I work with clients who are experiencing stress/overwhelm, anxiety, low mood, lack of confidence, weight management, pain management, IBS and so much more.

I work face to face and online. Evening and weekend appointments available.
