Overview

Hi, my name is Anna. I offer a combination of therapeutic approaches using hypnosis to support my client's individual needs including Solution Focused Hypno-Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
Whether you are looking for support with anxiety, confidence, to reduce stress, create change or break unwanted habits/thinking loops, manage fears or pain, hypnotherapy can give you the tools to be able to take charge of your goal.
I work with young people and adults and am also a qualified mindfulness teacher. I trained at the Central England College and attend regular supervision and continuous professional development throughout the year to ensure best practice.
As well as being a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) I am a member of the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
