Overview

I'm a qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I trained with CPHT Edinburgh and gained both the Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and the Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD) (only 20% of hypnotherapists have the HPD qualification). I have worked with clients helping them low mood, lack of confidence, OCD, fears and phobias, panic attacks, sleep issues and stopping smoking (and more). My initial consultation is free and I'm currently working both online (so you can do all your sessions from the comfort of your own home) and face to face (at The Treatment Hub, Auchtermuchty).
