Overview

I have a passion for helping people to make the small positive changes needed to remove the obstacles holding them back from pursuing the life they want. I provide one to one therapy using the most up to date and effective tools based on the latest neuroscience research.
I use a blend of Psychotherapies, NLP and Hypnosis to provide solution focused support for a range of issues. I hold an enhanced DBS and work with adults and young people from the age of 10 upwards.

I will show you how your brain works, why you do the things you do, and feel the way you feel.
Once you have this understanding you will become empowered.
When you are empowered you are better able to stop focusing on what you don’t want.
Instead you will be able to work out what you do want.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is quick, effective and long lasting.
By using the tools I will give you, your life will change for the positive.
I will work colaboratively with you to find out what it is you want your life to look like.
From there you will be able to make those small easily achievable changes you need.
Those small changes are insignificant on their own but added together they are transformational.
Its just like going up stairs, you cant jump straight to the top, but you can climb to the top one step at a time.
