Overview

I practise solution focused hypnotherapy, which yields some of the fastest results. The approach is forward facing, towards the goal the client wants to achieve. I am an expert on sleep issues which underly many problems, together with anxiety and stress.

I also successfully treat lack of self confidence, personal boundaries, weight loss, pain management including migraine, phobias of any kind, alcohol issues, money issues, stop smoking, performance anxiety, help with fertility.

Sessions in person are in two London clinics: Farringdon or Marylebone. Or online globally.
