Overview

I offer a compassionate, person-centred therapy and have helped with many issues ranging from school anxiety and panic attacks, to phobias and low self esteem issues.
I understand how life limiting pain, anxiety and emotion can be and that is why I am here to help you through those limitations to create an internal balance, from which you can live your true authentic self.
I have been a therapist for the past 15 years and a Hypnotherapist for the past 5 years. I use an integrated and intuitive approach, offering a wide range of proven therapy techniques including Regression therapy, EFT, Intuitive energy therapy, Inner Child Therapy, CBT and guided visualisation.
I have trained intensively with the spiritual regression therapy association to specifically work with trauma and it’s physical and emotional consequences. This could be an obvious trauma event or a result of unconscious supressed emotion in childhood.
This therapy is used to resolve:
