Overview

I am a degree qualified counsellor and qualified hypnotherapist working in the private sector. I combine my therapeutic skills with hypnotherapy to support the client in moving past unwanted or unhelpful behaviours.
I recognise each client as an individual and produce unique sessions tailored to them and their presenting issue.

I offer sessions including, but not limited to, gym motivation, smoking cessation, weight loss, phobias, anxiety, depression and addiction.

Amount of sessions needed may vary depending on the presenting concern and the client.

I offer sessions face-to-face and via Zoom
