Overview

Hi I'm Emma, The Stop Drinking Hypnotherapist and I work with people all over the world. If you've reached the point where enough is enough, I can help. I had tried everything until I found hypnotherapy. I stopped drinking from my first session and now that is what I help people all over the world do.

All sessions are online and have proven to be just as effective as in person sessions, from the comfort of your own home. Sessions can be recorded so you have something bespoke to you.

Any habit or behaviour change needs to be made at a subconscious level - this is the part of you that is continuing to drink against your wishes. It is anchored in memories, beliefs and conditioned response when it comes to alcohol. It's autopilot. Stopping drinking just using willpower is like telling yourself to forget how to drive... You know how to drink, it has become a deeply ingrained habit and in hypnosis you can make links and connections that you would not make consciously.
