Overview

I am a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, working in Godalming. I have a special interest in helping clients with anxiety, stress, and confidence issues and this includes working with children and teens, an area that I've had a lot of experience, having previously worked as a Specialist Teacher. I also work with a variety of other issues including weight loss, low self esteem, phobias, insomnia, bad habits, public speaking, smoking, and pain relief.I have learnt the value of hypnotherapy in my own life and this is what inspired me to train as a hypnotherapist, choosing the best training I could find, at the Quest Institute, at Regent's University London.
