Overview

Under the umbrella of 'Wellness Therapies' I offer Clinical Hypnotherapy and other therapy modality treatments to adults for stress, anxiety, low mood, smoking/vaping cessation, weight loss and more.
I can work face to face or online.
For clients who live not too far away, I offer Nature Therapy sessions as a starting point, as it provides a gentle way to 'lean into' engaging with therapy through learning to slow down, let go of 'internal chatter' and relax.
I work with children (including those on the Spectrum) who want to be less fearful about situations, whether school related or due to a general lack of confidence and self-esteem.
I work with adults and children who are living with the mental challenges of chronic conditions and terminal illness.
I work with adults and children who are experiencing low mood.
I provide a weekly mindfulness-based session online, designed to promote relaxation and stress reduction.
I work with education authorities supporting children from age 5 who are not coping in the classroom or have been excluded from school.
