Overview

In addition to providing Hypnotherapy treatments for clients I run nature therapy sessions in a private woodland in East Northants. I promote nature connection/nature immersion sessions as particularly beneficial for people experiencing low mood, stress or self-esteem related issues.
I also run weekly evening online sessions providing relaxation and stress reduction exercises, helping participants experience some quality 'Me Time'.
