Overview

In addition to providing Hypnotherapy treatments for both adults and children at my practice in Raunds, I run nature therapy sessions. I believe nature connection/nature immersion to be particularly beneficial for people experiencing low mood and stress-related issues. I also run monthly, therapeutic, nature connection sessions for families with special needs children
