Anxiety, depression, fatigue, hyper-awareness and low self-esteem in adulthood can all be caused by our childhood experiences. When we’ve failed to acknowledge and work through childhood trauma, we often interpret things and respond from a “child state”. Working with our inner child offers the chance to resolve and heal past experiences and move forwards in a more empowered, aware and grounded manner.

Course Structure:
It is assumed that you have a good understanding of hypnotherapy and are either a qualified hypnotherapist or are a student on an accredited course. During the workshop we shall explore what is meant by inner child therapy and the potentials of working with a client’s inner child. We shall also explore how to establish a safe and clear structure for incorporating inner child work into your practice and you will have the opportunity to practice techniques during the workshop.
All client resources, forms and scripts are included within the workshop. You will also receive a Certificate on completion of your course.
