This certified course teaches you the skills and knowledge necessary to integrate Solution Focused Therapy techniques into your practice and enables you to become skilled and qualified in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH). SFH concentrates on the present and the future rather than the past. The aim is to work with a client to find realistic and practical solutions as quickly as possible. This approach allows you to facilitate rapid and effective change for your clients.
The course consists of face-to-face training along with group work and practical exercises with individual support from the tutor so you can use SFH confidently with your clients straight away.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the foundational principles and techniques of SFBT.
- Learn how to create a goal-orientated approach with a Solution Focused Hypnotherapy treatment plan which provides clear direction. This leads to faster, more profound and longer lasting outcomes for clients.
- Learn how to apply and blend solution focused therapy into your hypnotherapy sessions.
- Develop skills to design and use effective hypnosis scripts using Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH)
- Gain hands-on experience by using SFH in practical exercises on the course including information gathering, script planning and role-playing to simulate real-life therapy scenarios.

- Two full days on live online training on MS Teams
- Interactive course including discussion and hands-on experience by using SFH in practical exercises, including information gathering, script planning and role-playing to simulate real-life therapy scenarios
- Handouts, course notes and a specialist Solution Focused Intake Form are included
- You will gain a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) certificate
