Are you ready to deepen your practice and help clients find peace and clarity in a fast-paced world?

Our full-day course, Mindfulness for Hypnotherapists, is specifically designed to equip hypnotherapists with essential mindfulness techniques. Whether you’re working with clients experiencing stress, anxiety, or emotional difficulties, this course will provide you with practical, experiential tools to guide them toward calm and contentment.

Who Is This Course For?

This course is tailored for hypnotherapists seeking to expand their toolbox with mindfulness-based approaches. If you’ve encountered clients struggling to stay present, navigate emotional challenges, or break free from habitual patterns, this course gives you actionable practices to address these needs.

Learning Outcomes:

This full-day course is packed with experiential learning, meditations, and practical exercises aligned with a structured 6-week mindfulness programme. Here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:

  • Final reflections on integrating mindfulness into your professional and personal life.

Why Choose Mindfulness for Hypnotherapists?

Mindfulness complements hypnotherapy techniques beautifully. While hypnotherapy often focuses on change, mindfulness emphasises acceptance and “being in the now,” opening fresh perspectives for your clients. This course equips you with both the wisdom and experiential tools to guide them toward meaningful transformation.
