⭐04, 11 & 18 May, 2026 – Train the Trainer Course for Hypnotherapists

CPD Event title: Train the Trainer Course for Hypnotherapists

Brief Description Of Event:

Are you ready to take your hypnotherapy career to the next level? Our Train the Trainer course provides everything you need to establish an accredited training school with the GHR. You can expect to earn up to £3000 per student on a group course and up to £10,000 for 1-2-1 hypnotherapy training, making this an incredible way to take your career forwards. You don’t have to have a teaching background, just a passion for hypnotherapy and sharing your knowledge!

You must also have 3 years’ experience as a qualified hypnotherapist (or be approaching the 3 year mark when you complete the training – with a view to reaching 3 years’ experience when you teach your first course).

Training includes:

  • 3 days live online training
  • Full accreditation guidance for setting up your training school
  • All teaching materials, including PowerPoints, scripts, and client handouts
  • A comprehensive course manual with usual copyright restrictions waived so that you can use course materials with your students
  • A comprehensive school manual, including details of student support procedures etc
  • Expert guidance and teaching from Dr. Claire Jack
  • Guidance through the application process
  • External marking and ongoing support for your students from Dr. Claire Jack

You should have at least 3 years’ experience as a hypnotherapist in order to meet NCH training requirements. However, if you have slightly less than this, you can still attend the training and begin preparing to establish your school. You will have to wait until you have fulfilled the three year requirement to train your first cohort of students.

Learning Objectives:

Day 1

  • Welcome & introduction

You will have a chance to provide an overview of your course needs and your business vision.

  • Course materials overview

You will be introduced to the Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy course materials for use with your students. If there are any topics which are less familiar to you we will leave time to cover these.

  • Programme handbook

Most accrediting bodies require a comprehensive programme handbook and you will be given a template of a handbook which you can adapt.

  • Accreditation process

I will guide you through the accreditation process (which we will go through together individually at a later date).

Day 2

  • Online & in-person delivery

Accredited courses can be delivered via live zoom, or face-to-face training. We will look at the pros and cons of both delivery methods and how to ensure your preferred training format is successful and meets differing accreditation needs.

  • Venue hire

If you choose to run a face-to-face course, we shall explore some of the considerations in choosing a suitable venue and using the space effectively.

  • Interactive and supportive learning

We’ll look at how to make the learning environment fun, practical and stimulating whilst meeting the needs of students with diverse needs.

  • PowerPoints

We’ll explore course PowerPoints, which you will receive as part of your affiliate package, and how you can deliver them effectively & confidently.

  • Student needs & disputes

We will cover how to support students and how to deal with any disputes or complaints.

Day 3

  • Marketing

In addition to benefiting from AIM’s nationwide marketing, you will learn how to establish your own successful marketing strategy

  • Student contact

Through role play, you’ll learn how to confidently address student enquiries to ensure that potential students want to study with you

  • Prospectus

You’ll learn how to strike the right balance and clearly convey your mission statement, values and personality to attract the students who are right for your course.

  • Online portal

An online portal is a great addition to your teaching resources. You will be guided through the processes of setting up your portal with practical demonstrations.
