Hypnosis Through Nature® takes your work outdoors in a way that is so much more than “outdoor therapy” or “walking and talking therapy”. You will learn to bring in a core hypnotherapeutic skill of utilisation to use meaning, sensations and symbolism of the landscape to transform your practice and transform your clients’ experience. You’ll learn how to work with both individuals and groups. Receive a bonus Therapy Through Nature (TTN®) Certification for situations when you’d prefer to apply a more counselling or coaching approach.

The benefits of outdoor therapy are strongly supported by research. This is one of the fastest growing areas in therapy and the number of people who have experienced outdoor therapy has almost doubled since before the pandemic. Outdoor therapy is strongly supported by evidence that shows being outdoors can impact people at a cellular level, improve immune system function, reduce stress and anxiety levels.

This is so much more than usual “outdoor therapy” or “walking and talking” therapeutic approaches, as it specifically draws on utilisation and provides clear guidelines about how to use your usual hypnotherapeutic skills – including inductions, ego-strengthening and post-hypnotic suggestions – in outdoor settings.

Only students who have undertaken this training can use the trademarked titles Hypnosis Through Nature® and TTN® (Therapy Through Nature) which is essential in marketing your services to both individuals and groups.

Your course includes: All client scripts, resources, website content, practitioner guides and Certification which equates to 8 hours CPD, externally accredited by the ACCPH.
