Brief Description Of Event:
A two day (14 hour) follow-on accredited CPD course for professionals working with children, young adults and families who want to expand their knowledge of neurodivergence.
DATES: July 18th and 19th 2026
For all hypnotherapists working in paid or voluntary roles with children and young adults; therapists must have completed a CPD on working with children and young people to access this CPD, accredited via CPD UK
Learning Objectives:
Understand neurodivergent diagnoses and their impact on children and young people
Identify differences between neurodivergent and neurotypical children
Understand Neurodivergent traits and Neurodivergent Distress traits
Feel more confident when adapting your practice
Know how to build a safe relationship and rapport with neurodivergent children
What are reasonable adjustments and adaptations in interventions and resources
