About Your Trainer:
Beverley Longhurst is a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with specialist training and experience in mental health. She has over a decade of expertise in the women’s health field and in supporting clients with eating disorders. Alongside her nursing qualifications, Beverley is a clinical hypnotherapist (trained at the London Hypnotherapy Academy), a yoga teacher, and a senior lecturer in clinical hypnotherapy.
Her clinical experience includes working within an inpatient eating disorder facility, where she gained valuable, hands-on insight into the complex challenges and therapeutic needs of individuals in recovery. Building on this foundation, Beverley has continued to specialise in private practice and virtual clinics, helping clients with a wide range of women’s health and mental health concerns.
As one of the founding practitioners of the health tech platform Perci Health, Beverley has also been at the forefront of developing accessible, integrated healthcare services. Her workshops blend her medical expertise, hypnotherapy practice, and educational experience — offering a compassionate, evidence-based, and holistic approach to supporting clients with eating disorders.
